Ready to start your adoption journey?
Thank you for your interest in the Ramsey’s Family Foundation. Our mission is to provide financial
assistance to families pursuing adoption or in-vitro fertilization (IVF) in order to help grow their families.
Eligibility: Applicants must reside in Kentucky. All applicants are welcome
regardless of marital status, race, gender, or sexual orientation.
Application Process:
1. Complete the attached application form in full.
2. Provide all required supporting documentation (see checklist in Section 4).
3. Submit a personal statement on a separate page explaining your hopes for growing your family and
why you need assistance in the process.
